Dayton Kingery: I started this website a few months into the coronavirus pandemic. I had always been a proponent of fitness, but the pandemic made me realize even more just how important it is to make this a priority in our lives. With so many people stuck at home for hours and hours which turn into days, weeks and months, setting a schedule is crucial. Part of this schedule needs to be exercise. Countless studies have shown just how much people need the adrenaline rush which comes from moving around. Regular exercise improves mood, boosts energy and enhances nighttime sleep. Even though it can be challenging – especially when feeling so distraught with the way the world is – this is exactly the time we need to push ourselves the most.
