Finding a Hobby

Finding a hobby is one of the best ways to stay busy.

My hobby is kiteboarding which is something so I find so incredibly enjoyable and relaxing.

Why is finding a hobby so important?

It’s not just the doing it but the friends you can make via it. The time you spend in the lead-up to it. For instance, if you like playing baseball, you will spend a lot of time traveling to and from games.

Ironically these are the times you look on more fondly than the games themselves.

Too many spend too much time online with nothing to show for it. Playing videos games is definitely a hobby and if you get into esports it can become a full time gig, but for those who played CandyCrush it’s not as fulfilling.
